Backup to DVD

Anybody managed a backup to DVD yet?
Still trying too get this to work, tried several DVD RW brands and 3 different Burners including a SATA DVD Burner. Same problem every time ie - Windows cannot format the disk.
Is this supposed to be functional and if so can I pre format the disk with Nero or something?
TIA
Jonah

Jonah,
I have been able to backup to DVD. I'm using a Sony external DVD-R/DL drive connected via USB. After I start the backup, it tells me that it has to format the DVD. Once I tell it to continue, it formats the DVD and then completes the backup.
This is on Beta 2 and 5456.
What build or you using?

Using the public beta 5384 at the moment, I will get 5456 installed and try again see if it will format and write the DVD then. I have Acronis & PartImage (BartPE) on file but I want the built in feature to do what it says on the tin as it were. Thought it may be a "not quite finished bit" on 5384.
